If you've done ministry very long, you realize that all people go through times of adversity.  It seems like you almost can't talk often enough about what to do when the proverbial poop hits the fan. 

   To add a little fun to this, we challenged all the guys to grow a beard during the three weeks of the series.  On the final Sunday, we announced the winners and gave out some prizes.  (This was before James Harden got traded to the Rockets, so everyone was into the "Fear the Beard" at the time.)
